Central Locking Dispatch van

Hi
I want to fit an alarm (laser line) my 2005 Dispatch van, But i need to know is the central locking - or + switched and were is the best place to locate the locking and unlocking wires and there colors. If you can help i would appreciate it, Thanks in advance for your help.
