97 Blazer courtesy chime

My 97 Blazer will not stop chiming(you know the irritating noise
you hear when you leave your lights on or the key in the ignition)
It happens until the key is removed.While driving,this is bothersome.
What can be causing this?

could be a door switch or the 1997 ignition switch problem.
