89 accord.. radio installation help

I removed my stock bose head....I have a pioneer head ...I bought the factory plug harness and matched the wires up & plugged it in...works fine but no sound!!!! any ideas?

Bose amps need to be powered up before they'll work. Additionally, they work on a different signal than your pioneer will put out. There are a number of wiring harnesses that are specifically made for BOSE systems that'll tackle that problem without having to replace the ENTIRE SYSTEM. Make sure that you hook up your pioneers blue amp/power antenna wire to the harness' blue or blue/white amp turn on lead.
