Unhappy Windshield Wipers

Hello all. My windshield wipers are not moving. Any suggestions. I think that there my be a problems with the windshield wiper arm, but I do not know how to replace or repair it, please help!! It supposed to rain tonight!! lol

Lift the plug/plate at the base of the wiper-arm. See if the arm is spinning, but not the bolt. If so, tighten down the bolt. Otherwise you have other problems.

Mine had that problem with one arm...There is no spline on the gearbox shaft, but the arm does have splines...Nissan doesn't torque them down very tight...And they work loose easily...Then just flop around (or spin)...
