please excuse me for being ignorant first of all, now my question is, what is the lug/bolt pattern of the R34 GTR? and what will i need to buy to make the r34 gtr wheels fit my 95 4 lug 240?

i want to say 5x114.3 but im pretty sure thats not right. im not exactly sure. some of these guys that actually own the sky can answer this better than i can.
as far as fitting them to your 240, your going to need the spindles off of the skyline, and custom fab them to the control arms and what not. i did a rear disc conversion on my track CRX, and like most hondas i just pulled the rear trailing arms off of a DC integra, and they bolted right up.

I can't recall the exact pattern right now. But what you need is the S14 5-lug spindles. The pattern is shared between the 5-lug Silvia (240sx), Skyline and 300zx. Here's a couple of links with info:
