Grand Am electrical short?.....HELP!!!
I have a 1991 Grand AM 5-speed 2.5L and need any help I can get. I was driving along one day and out of the blue it died, completely fell on its face. Checked the fuses and of course it was the ECM fuse, everything else was fine. I haven't had any real time to look at it since it happened but was hoping to get some advice on any 'problem' areas associated with this. I'm guessing it's a short in the wiring harness or maybe the ECM itself. If anyone has experience with this or might know a good place to start please let me know.
Any help will be much appreciated........ Thanks |

Re: Grand Am electrical short?.....HELP!!!
I would start by checking the ECM and engine harness ground points to make sure they are not damage or corroded. Good Luck.
