Although reading the codes is the first step to diagnosing a problem with the vehicle that shows the CEL it does not enable one to determine a shopping list of parts without further investigation. The codes do provide a good starting point however.

P0151 - This sounds like an 02 sensor problem but it could also be in the wiring to the sensor. A low voltage error is usually caused by the reading from the sensor and/or circuit itself. This indicates that the "static" reading is suspect. The other errors could even be the result of the readings from this sensor but I tend to beleive that once the PCM determines that a reading is not usable it would tend to ignore it the information from that sensor.

P0171/174 - These are the results of unmetered air entering the intake. This is air that has bypassed the MAF. This is often associated with a a vacuum leak. Lean conditions are detected by the O2 sensors.

P0301 - I don't know what bank cylinder 1 is on but a misfire code is caused by an instantaneous decrease in rotational speed when the cylinder that is misfiring is due to fire. This can be due to too much EGR flow to that cylinder, a bad ignition in this cylinder due to faulty spark plug wires, Spark plug, ignition module.... or perhaps an improper amount of fuel is getting to this cylinder due to a faulty injector of injector circuit.

I think the O2 failure should be your first concern.
