Pulleys

does true power pulley kits work do they give that much more power to your wheels

I heard that all they do is drain power from your alternator, cause an SES light, and give negligible power gains. Other people might know better though.

Pulleys are a waste, I mean think about the science behind them. You already have a pulley system, all you are doing is installing slightly larger, lighter pulleys. Is there honestly any significant hp gains? No. A waste of 140 if you ask me.
