96 GST problems
Earlier today, my bother-in-law installed a intake hard pipe and removed his stock one. Well, as soon as he put it on, he turned his car on and when ever he hit the gas and let it go and car would stall (like if there was a lack of Air going in) we checked all the hoses and check to make sure everything was right and it was. It got dark so now I'm here asking for help on what I should look for, going back at it sunday morning were thinking of removed the hard pipe and hoses it came with and installing the stock on. 96 GST 5speed.

Re: 96 GST problems
Odd, Not that this may cuase be the cause of such a harsh problem, but does this hard pipe recirculate the the bov vent back into the intake? Or did you cap it off regardless of the fact?

Re: 96 GST problems
its a boost leak or your not recirculating. this is for sure. had the some problem, tightend up some of the clamps around the BOV and all was well
