1994 Nissan Altima Dash/Climate/Selector lights, Taking apart the dash

My dash doesn't light up. The gauges work. The overdrive light switches on and off. There isn't any back ground light.

Climate control lights also do not light up.

Selector lights do not light up.

I have moved the dimmer switch up and down and still the dash/gauge display does not light up.

All of the fuses are fine.

How do I take apart the dash to look at the bulbs?
