Which fuel pump to use?

i own a 90 civic ex, i plan on putting in a new fuel pressure regulator/ pump, i know that AEM makes a nice one but i am wondering if it is really worth the money, or would B&M Command Flo Fuel Regulator work just as well? i currently have cold air and exhaust work. any info would help

if all you have is a couple bolt-ons, why would you wanna add and fpr? anyways, the command-flo works just as well as the aem in my opinion. i opted for the b&m.
