Question Questions

I was just wondering how the Preludes drive and they're quick. I'm curious because I have to get rid of my Firebird because it's just too hard to control in the snow. Any answers about the Prelude in general will be appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Questions

if you're looking for something good in snow, perhaps something in awd will suit your needs. check the subaru forums. fwd tends to be better in snow than rwd in terms of traction and steering so in that respect, the prelude would be a better choice than the firebird. but i wouldn't recommend a prelude for snow driving - they're low to the ground and the tires honda provides are geared more towards performance than all weather traction and traction control isn't even an option.

preludes drive really well, firm ride but not harsh. should you ever go 130mph although i would recommend you don't but the car feels like it's going 50mph. very in control, very stable at any speed.

fast isn't the best word to describe the prelude. they're quick on their feet and there are quicker cars in its class but few handle better and offer a more balanced package.

try doin a search in this forum. you should be able to find plenty of info on preludes.
