Help removing calcium deposits?

It rained last weekend and I can't seem to get these calcium deposits off...They are only on the hood and there are hundreds of them that just seem to be part of the paint.

Can anyone recommend any products and/or procedures to try and remove these deposits?

Thanks
-Kevin

To remove calcium deposits, use regular soap and water, with about one cup of white vinager(spelling).

Re: Help removing calcium deposits?

Running it through a gas station car wash always worked for me. The next day I pressurespray it and 3-step her with meguiars, and it looks great.
