I have a 2000 dakota quad, 4.7. On the passenger side inside of the engine compartment, near the top of the firewall, there is a hard black tube that comes out from the firewall, about 1 to 2 inches long, it has a slow drip of water coming from there and I have no clue what it is from or for, been doing it for about two days now, it drips down onto the exhaust and I dont want it to cause rust or some other damage. Any help??? Thanks in advance. Tony [email protected]

Re: Water Leaking
I'm pretty sure that would be the condensation drain from your a/c's condensor. Most vehicles have that, but i think they are usually a little longer hanging down around the control arm/front stabalizer .
that's my guess...
