Budget and hp goal would be a good start. Also what are you going to be using the car for?

My budget is 10,000 the most and eventually a type R motor in the future but my goal for HP is 300 or more. Turbor kit is the 1st objective on my list.

The first thing I would buy is a turbo kit then. Don't waste your money on a intake, header, exhaust etc. Just save the money you would have spent on that and buy a turbo kit, or build your own kit.
