Shallow mount subwoofer

So I got an enclosure for my Dakota that fits two-10's, the only problem is that it doesn't have much room as far as mounting depth for the subs. The max depth allowed is 5 1/4". Does anybody in here know any good quality subs that will fit??

The enclosure came with two MTX 4500's but as far as I'm aware those are pretty cheap. Does anybody have experience with these?? How are they going to sound??

Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

EDIT:
I found a couple subs that will fit. Would any of these be better?

Xtant A1040A
Kicker Comp C10
Cerwin Vega HED-10DVC
Audiobahn AW1000Q
Audiobahn AW1051T
Alphasonik PSW210
Phoenix Digital PD-130

Re: Shallow mount subwoofer

Ones with stars mean forsure they will fit
REaudio RE10's
Adireaudio Koda 10*(my reccomendation)
Image Dynamics ID10 v.3
Digital Designs 1010* (cuttin' it close)
Digital Designs 2010a* (also cuttin it close)

assumeing it is sealed. if it is ported throw it away. there will be some others that will come in and give some good reccomendations...im in a hurry, im sapposed to be working on a history project...

Thanks for the reply. The RE10 seems to be the definite winner if I can find some solid specs on it. I read around and apparently RE says that the mounting depth is going to be under 5" so hopefully that's correct. Do you know if these subs are available yet? I couldn't find anywhere that sells them.

And for the record, yes, the enclosure is sealed.

Re: Shallow mount subwoofer

REaudio.com

TS params and reccomended enclosures sizes... if its around 2 cubes gross you will get about 1.5 cubes Net it will be just about perfect.

Thoes are a good chioce, i geuss you didnt want to spring for the Kodas, ya that is pretty expensive. or if you wanted to wait you could hold off untill ascendant relases the Atlas 10's.... they should be pretty damn cheap.

if you want to find out anyhting about thoes woofers just head over to soundillusions.net.... they have the official REaudio form and there are tons of people over there that can give great advice... half of them live, breathe, eat, and bathe REaudio...
