Unhappy 1993 geo storm 1.6 clutch ?

I replaced the clutch and it worked fine for a day and then shifted gears and it there was no clutch(it was like it was in neutral) took it apart and it looked fine. I noticed that the flywheel bolts had rub marks on them and the pilot bushing( a plastic bushing) had a smaller hole in it then the transmission mainshaft. Is there another bearing that goes infront of the plastic bushing or does the enf of the transmission mainshft not go into the bushing? pls help.

did you check if there is a clutch master Cylinder if there is check the fluid and check for fluid leaks. Check the lines and every thing like the linkage too.
