There isn't much that is different. The only way you could tell from the outside would be the D1ZX casting number on the intake. The Boss heads are just normal 351c 4v closed chamber heads with the heads milled for adjustable rockers. Your standard cleveland head rebuild involves milling the pedistals for adjustable roller rockers anyways, so its really nothing special. All the differences that I know of is a different cam, maybe different pistons(probably forged, possibly domed), the aforementioned head difference, different intake(squarebore 4bbl intake... might be aluminum, don't remember), carb, etc. Unless you're putting the engine in a show Boss 351, theres no reason to try to use Boss parts. Lots of money for Boss stuff. You could easily get a streetable 475-550bhp out of a cleveland without boost or juice. Let me know if you want to hear some good combos.

Tell me the goals you have for the car; ET or HP goals, pure street, street/strip, strip. If it'll see street duty, it'd help to know exactly what you consider 'streetable' to be. Some people don't like anything more than a rough 750rpm idle and power comin in at 2500rpm, some don't mind 1000 and 4000-7500 powerband. Specs on the rest of the vehicle(transmission, rear end, weight, etc) are essential.
