97 hx intercooler piping

i have a 97 hx that im in the process of turboing so far ive got everythign i need to put it in i have the turbo with and internal wastegate the manifold the downpipe the bov all the gaskets the oil lines the boost controller the injectors. i wantto get an intercooler still but i also nee to get all the piping, if i was to get afront mount intercooler does anyone know what i need to egt for piping, like which anles and lengths. i know jcw sells it already prebent i just dont know what i should get. also if there is anything else i should get befopre i put it on.

easiest thing to do is mount the intercooler and turbo w/manifold then take it to an exhaust shop and have them bend the piping. Any competent one should be able to do it for you and they will do it cheap.

if i was to take it to the exhaust shop should i ask for a certain kind of piping cause wouldnt regular exhaust piping be pretty heavy

pipe is pipe, it's all the same. The only thing I would have done after getting it bent is to get it polished, anodized or powdercoated to pretty them up a little bit. And you'll want to ask for stainless steel so it doesn't rust on you.

how well does regular exhaust piping polish up, i want to get somthing thats gonna havea pretty nice polish to it
