LOST ALL BOOST Pressure Need Help

I just installed a HKS front mount intercooler and BOV a couple of days ago and the car was running fine, went for a spiritted run to go pick up a friend and noticed that boost guage has dropped pass zero reading no boost at all. I do hear the turbo spool but not as it was before, BOV still releasing pressure so I think It couldnt be stuck open...any advice from the guru's of turbo out there?

Hi Mate,

Look, I'm no guru on Turbos but when I used to have my Mitsi... I had an engine swap and a turbo fitted..
I'm not sure how these turbos work on the skylines as I've just brought mine and I haven't yet checked it out properly but on the turbo I had on the Mitsi, there was like a latch or rod or something that connected to the waste gate (I think).. They hadn't connected it and I had the same problem you've got now...
Once again, I'm no guru but that was my experience, check it out but your turbo might be different..

check all the piping and make sure none of the joins have come apart.
