92 PA Dies out frequently.

1992 Buick PA dies out frequently when slowing down or coming to a stop. Runs good while driving. RPM fluctuates between 1000 RPM and 300 RPM when idle and in Park or Drive with foot on brake. When it goes down below 300 RPM it usually turns off.

The Oxygen sensor has just started to turn on. Before this it stayed off and the idle was still running between 1000 and 300. The codes that appear show the problem to be with the ECM only.

Other than this it runs great.
