just got pulled over for speeding. was returning from fl to ny. on I-95 N i got pulled over by a cop in a camaro. got a ticket for $403. told me i was doing 101 in a 70. any way to cotest this? will the points be sent to ny? the offense was in south carolina. any help would be appreciated. thanks

i got a 105 in a 65 last summer , ended up going to court and got a option of doing community service to pay off the fine(41 hrs instaed of 400 bucks) and takeing a 55 dollar class to wipe the points off my record since it was my first known ticket . look around at diffrent law firms some offer a fee of 100 bucks and may be able to fight it for you beatter to spend 100 bucks then 500.

getting ready to buy mine on the first this thing is bad arse uses GPS sattalites to eliminate falseing among other things it wont get you out of this ticket but it may help with avoiding the next one

I got the ticket here in alaska but i have a florida drivers liscense and am a florida resident according to alaska my ticket would show up in florida and if i didnt pay it it would show up and revoke my drivers lisense in florida and put a warrant out for me . i didnt check it out for myself so im not totaly positive what they said was true but thats what the cop and judge told me

From what I remeber you cannot get points if you got a ticket out of you state and deal with it on time.

You are ALWAYS better off going to court when you get a speeding ticket. If the cop who wrote the damn thing doesn't show - you walk free. If he does show up, the judge almosts always reduces or eliminates the fine.
