what do i need for a five lug conversion on a 200 civic si

i want to change the look on my car and the five lug conversion sounds cool..i was wonderin if anybody had already done this before...b/c i need some help...i dont know where to start with. any advice will help ...thx

jsut search around google and junk, ive seen the conversions before

looks like you just need the trailing arms, brake set, rims
