looking for a M3

There a guy selling 1995 E36 M3 on Turnermotorsport web site Classified
He email me all paper work for everything done to the car. Plus the car is superchager and has a 6 speedtranny with tons of extra Dyno at 360hp is this worth it for $20000 the car look super clean.
