Question Major Oil Leak please help!

Hey i own a 1990 celica with the 5sfe engine. ive had a big problem with oil leakage at first i thought it was my valve cover but after i changed that it continued to leak. i jacked the car up and saw nothing becuase everything is so compact in there its difficult. while it was jacked up i started it though and as soon as i did that it started dripping alot. it seems to be coming from around the timing belt general area and drips off of my oil pan. it only leaks when the car is on too. if anyone has any advice im all ears.
thanks
Bryan

you might have a dry-rotted (is that a word? ) seal or o-ring at your crank pully. you might have a busted head gasket... is there any blue or constant white smoke coming out of your car? did you check your oil pan? gaskets are known to go out in many places... those a just a few. since it's DOHC, maybe one of your cam gears has a busted seal... you might want to take off your timing cover and check it out.
