RE 10 AMP suggestion

I just bought 2 RE 10's DVC 4 ohm 175 rms. Should i go with a Mono channel or a 2ch amp? I;m new to this and im just not understanding what size of amp i need for these. I start thinking I understand how to wire up my subs in series and parrellel and then when it comes to figuring out what size of amp i need i get confused again. like if i go 1 ohm do i need 500 rms so that it equals out to 250 rms per sub or do i go 4 ohm with the same rms? I guess what I am trying to ask is when i go to look for a amp what numbers do i need to look for, like an amp that has 500 rsm x 1 @ 4 ohms? Sorry about all the questions but this is confusing to me lol and alot of peeps have been kind enuf to help he already here. TY

PS. Just to get the feel of knoledge will this amp work? http://www.caraudiodeals.com/ and what brands should i look for? I have about 150 to spend.

Yeah, look for either:
A 2-channel amp that does 250rms x 2 @2ohms
OR
Mono amp that does 500rms @1ohm OR 4ohms

peace
