Idling Problems on my GSR

Hi ok i have a 95 gsr that has 180k miles on it. when i start the car, it my tach goes to 1000 rpm. then as i drive then stop it goes down below and starts shaking like crazy. i gotta give the gas a little, but does anyone know how to fix this? yes i know i have a lot of miles on it, but i'm not ready for rebuild. so whats the main problem? alternator? throttle?? please help me...

idle

It is probably either a vaccum hose has come loose or has a leak or your idle-air control valve. try adjusting your throttle body adjustment screw first.

Don't adjust the idle screw until you know that there are no vacuum leaks and that the IACV, TPS, and MAP sensors are good.
