84 firebird
hi, i have an 84 firebird with a 350 5spd that i am trying to sell. i need to get rid of it fast and i am asking for $3500. i thought that the best/fastest way to sell it would be ebay. do oyu think that i will get what i am asking if i use ebay? do you think i am asking to much?

I'd use a "shot gun" approach and list it there, in your paper, here, and anywhere else you can to get the most exposure. Lots of pics, an accurate detailed description and an easy way to contact you would be my reccomendation. When it becomes a hassle to contact the seller, then people tend to lose interest... The 350/ 5 speed obviously isn't original, so I'd list as much info as you can about the swap. How much rust, how much work is needed to fix whatever may be broken, any extra parts, and the overall condition of the car will help determine the final value. Technically, it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it... I hope this is helpful! |
