windshield washer nozzle lights

I have piced up a set of windshield washer nozzle lights and I have heard that the cold is hard on the lights and the burn out quickly. Any truth to that ? (They are Euro Type R Brand )

I havent heard anything like that before, when you do connect them make sure your wires are insulated. The brand doesnt really matter, as most of those come out of the same factory. Its just packaging. What color did u get?

well i'll add that theres a ton of em around here however i got pulled over for them 2 times and got told to take them off while driving past cop who had pulled someone over already. also on the 2 occasions i got pulled over for them i ended up getting a ticet for something else. lol and just to make matters worse mine did burn out. i guess some how water got in underneath them and runsted the whole thing out and burnt out the bulb and left a circular rust mark on my trunk which luckily came off ezily w/ a little compound. sorry to be mr negativity but i havent had any luck w/ em.

Just wondering, but how much would they run you? And its WALMART:bandit:

I'm thinking of an alternate spot on the car to use the lights...where I'm not at justice to say....
