Unleashing the power
I have a '94 Cougar with a 4.6 liter OHC, now I recently heard that ford de-tuned the engine because it is not a high performance car. I am mad about this and I WANT MY HORSEPOWER BACK!!!!!

You didn't have that much to begin with. Stock '94/'95 4.6L Cougar/Thunderbirds put about 160-170 horsepower & 220-230 lbs. of torque to the wheels.
