99 g20t sunroof

My sunroof began leaking (water penetrates throught the front and rear seals) a few weeks ago. Last week my dealer replaced the sunroof glass under warranty. But, today it leaked again at the same rate as before - i'm absolutely sure it was closed properly. I am positive the glass is new. I think that the glass isn't aliging properly with the roof. I plan on calling the dealer tomorrow. Does anyone have any other ideas as to why the thing leaks? has anyone had the same problem?

I have the same car and no leaks yet....check again with dealer...good luck
