New MOBIL 1 Extended Oil...

Has anyone seen the commercials for the new Mobil 1 oils? There supposed to last longer...there are 3 grades....extended 7500 kilometres, extended 10,000 kilometres, and the extended 15,000 kilometres... I don't see how you can have oil lasting that long....All those little particles, and oxidation really now... Maybe if you drive about 15, 000 kilometres every 3 months...then it might be worth it...but I think I will keep changing mine at 4 to 5000 kilometres...

I saw the 15k mile Mobil 1 at Wal-mart. I drive about 3k miles a month so it'd probably be worth it. But damn those prices at around $25 for 5 quarts.
