horn,electric locks go on and off no reason
My 2000 alero has had many problems with electrical things and i've had all things fixed as they happen. Now the horn beebs all by itself, and theelectric locks can are clicking on and off. What the heck is the problem now? Could I fix and save money by installing a burglar alarm system?
thanks! |

muncywm;
I'm a newbie too and I'm having the same problem you are with the doors locking and unlocking and sometimes the horn honks all by itself. Have you gotten any further information regarding this problem ? I noted you haven't gotten any answers yet. Thanks, ttwotees |

Quote:
master door lock switch on the drivers door. Simply pry the bezel around the switch out from the rear (tail end as opposed to front or leading) and the switch is housed in the bezel. Unplug the switch and then remove it form the bezel. If the switch doesn't have any detent (click) with you press eithere lock or unlock, replace it. Costs about $15 from a Chevy dealer. If the bezel is broken, order at the same time for about $4.00. ttwotees
