Power Sliding Door Fuse #27

I have a 2000 Venture. Fuse # 27 (BU Lamp) keeps blowing. When this fuse blows, my back up lights do not work, the power sliding door will only work automatically when closing the door (will not work automatically opening the door), and the automatic door lock will no longer work automatically when the car is put in gear or unlock when put back into park. The fuse blows only after you start driving the car, meaning once the car is engaged once, it blows sometime after that. Also you can replace the fuse, open and close the power sliding door forever and it will work, as long as you do not start the car an put it in gear. I have replaced the B/U tail light bulbs, and have changed the passenger side tail light board as the Brake light bulb will melt slightly (about 2x a year) just enough to cause the brake light to no longer work. Any idea's ? locations where I can find a schematic on this circuit ?
