76 mark IV needs power

i have a 76 mark IV that i'm puttin back on the road this spring and i was wondering what can i do to the 460 to bump up the hp from the sad 200hp stock. i'd like to get it up around 1hp/ci but i dont want to spend $10 000 on a crate engine when i already have a strong engine to build from.
