I have a 1994 Pontiac Trans Am if you haven't noticed lol... I was wondering what I should do to my car for it to beat a Grand National?
Thanks |

Supercharge it.
Or get exhaust, gears, and cam. My 2 cents. |

Is the GN stock??
If it is, do things that make your car hook better, you both have about the same ammount of power, it just depends on who can get it to the ground. The four like suspension is pretty wiked stock on a GN so unless he has the stock shitty 215 tires on it. He will hook. Don't race him from a roll, if he knows what he is doing, by by TA. If it is not stock, (which most are not) then good luck, you will need cam heads blah blah blah, (or supercharger/nitrous) it's too easy to make 400+ HP on a GN. You can do it for under 1k and it would all be weekend bolt on's. Like I said before, unless he builds the boost just right, GN's are kind of slow out of the hole. You might walk away from him for 30 ft or so but, don't let up, when that boost come in, it will charge like a freight train. Also if he tells you it is stock, don't be fooled so easly, You can not tell any difference between a 10 sec GN and a stock one if you do not know what you are looking for.
