lucky ?? tire repair and tire rotation

Hi every one , I take my car to the gateway today, because both of my rear tire is making some ticking noise, when I ride on the bad road. And my rear driver side is loosing air, ex. I put 32 front and 29 rear, then I ride for a day , and check for the driver side ( rear ) it go down to 18, and it making some loud ticking noise, it kinda piss me off cause I hate that sound. So I take the car to Gateway today, and I told them that I need tire rotation , and tire air leek , then they pull my car in and check , 5 min later one of the guy show me that i got 5 inch nail, stuck on my tire, so they repair it , and tire rotation , after a min later , some guy come and told me , that one of my lugnut it broken ( Eclipse had 5 lug nut , the metal thing that , scru the lug nut in , one of thes is broken,so i can only put 4 lug in, ( is this really important to repair? ) , they say they sorry because they broke it , well I already know about that , when I bought the vehicle. I dont say nothing , well after every thing finish, nobody pull my car out, so I get in my car and pull it out , park in front of the office , I came in and ready to pay , they tell me, they already take care of it ( but how I dont even give them , cash yet ). But any way , free stuff, by they way some guy name nick in there , try to sell me his 98 gsx , 5 speed, with 160k , for 6 k ( i was looking for gsx for a long time) but he already got alot of mod on it ,so I still think about that. Man this is long story , I hope some body can understand my language , and please summary for me , if any body dont understand, what Im try to say, later.

Re: lucky ?? tire repair and tire rotation

That was quite possibly the most confusing post I have ever read on this site.

I think that you mean that one of the wheel bolts a broken. It is important to fix so that you are not unevenly stressing you wheels. The part is right around a dollar in price and can be fixed easily yourself. Or you can have someone do it in very little time.

If this is not what you were asking, sorry, but your post is really hard to understand.
