Wireing help

I shorted a wire under the hood of my 89 CRX and now the ECU has no power. I replaced the fuse under dash that was blown but still no power. Is there another fuse between the under dash and ECU? Thanks, Phil

Thanks

I have power from the under hood fuse box and at the under dash fuse box. No power from there to the ECU.
