Looking For Crutchfield Master Sheets!

Does anyone have, a master sheet for car installation. I know they give them away free when purchasing items from www.crutchfield.com , but I didn't buy my equipment from them, and I want to replace all speakers and the headunit. I know that it's easy for the head unit, but not for the speakers, as you have to drill the rivets out of the speaker brackets and so on. If someone has these master sheets, can you scan them and email them to me? My email is [email protected]
