1998 stratus es key wont turn
hi, cant turn key in ignition, steering wheel locked up, hit brake, , just cant turn the key, manual says to replace turn key to start position to remove , well it wont turn to the start position or any other position, any one know anything about this, tried turning wheel and starting at same time , nothing works , any help appreciated,

You might have the steering wheel putting pressure on the ignition.
Try moving the steering wheel a little and turning the key at the same time. This usually works.
