Ok...'theres no way!' But really I don't think there is a way, even without a speed limiter I think the RS/GS tops out around like 131-(135/8?) something like that. A few simple mods could easily break 145mph (or else im a moron). All of this is assuming he has a VERY long stretch of road to do this, since he has no 3rd gear it goes from 2nd to 4th...he can still achieve the same speed as if he had a 3rd gear, but it would take a REALLY long time to do so.

Or else I don't know what im talking about.

Lots of people are full of shit, just let it slide and realize it. I don't think you can bring 150hp to 145mph, personally.

A stock 99 with "No 3rd gear" ? I seriously doubt that. My friend's 98 with a 5 speed only hit 130 maxed out before he started his modifications and my other homeboy's 97 RS only hit abut 125 before his motor swap. Was that kid at your school going down hill? LOL

Ya I am pretty sure that they are governed at 130, if not less. I had a Talon ESi and I only ever got to 200 kph. which is right around 130
