My 95 Neon starts so hard, PLZ HELP!!!

I have a 95 neon sport 16v sohc, Here is the problem every morning i start my car you have to crank at least 20 times, the first time you turn the key it seems like no fire but when you let off the key then back to start it starts to spit and sputter until you let off the start then it stops, then you start again until it finally starts. Now once it is started it runs fine. But once you let the car sit for 4 hours or more it dont start very good! It also burns alot of gas. Ok here is the things i have changed in the last 2 days, Plugs,Wires, egr valve, air temp sensor, air filter, oil filter. Here are the codes i ran on the check engine light
1-2-3-7-5-5

Can anyone help me out here plz.

Thanx eric

Re: Car starts so hard, PLZ HELP!!!

well code 12 is nothing, its battery disconnect, code 55 means end of codes and code 37 means PTU solenoid circuit is open or shorted, but that is for transmission shift thats why my shift is a little funky, but no codes comming up why car starts so damn hard. What could be wrong why it takes so long to start my car?
