1996 accord turn signals dont work

I had just made a turn with my accord and was driving straight and had to make another turn within 1 block, all of the sudden I noticed that non of my blinkers work(turn signals) anyone have any ideas? I did check all fuses under hood and under drivers side and they checked out o.k. Is this a flasher relay? I have never come across this before.

Check the hazard modual also
All the turn signal stuff goes through it on my 96 LX.
Found that out while messing with the car stereo
