Intrepid Belt and Hose Change

I have a '99 Intrepid, and want to replace the belts and hoses. How does one get access to the belts and tensioners? There is no room to swing a wrench down there. Does the cross brace above the radiator come off? Or do I have to work from below. The Haynes manual is absolutely no help.

Re: Intrepid Belt and Hose Change

your assumption is correct, you have to remove the radiator crossmember to gain access to the belts and hoses.
