Help with my 97 Altima

Okay...couple of problems.

First off, I bought my car less than 1 year ago, it only has 84,000 miles. I have a severe oil leak. It looks like it is coming out of the front side of the engine under and to the right of the oil cap. Any ideas what this is?

Also, anyone know of any sites that have pictures on removing the door panels? For some reason, my front speakers come in and out. They won't work and then one or both will come on after a little while...I just had a cd player installed, so it is not a connection into the radio...

Re: Help with my 97 Altima

Check your oil sending unit, thats where mine is leaking from, its above the oil pan.

To remove door panel, there are a few screws along the bottom, take those out, this will remove the lower piece of the panel (the door pocket). Once those are out just pry the panel off with a flat head screw driver and then lift it up.

Isn't the Oil Delivery Unit lower on the engine? I am not sure...it just looks like it's coming from the engine itself...

Thanks about the speakers, I should be able to take care of it now.
