Unhappy Rear springs

Ok....my parents own a 1994 4Runner. I love drivin it around. But when i have friends, they all crowd into the back of suv. When there is lot of people, the back end of the vehicle lowers. Is there any bigger and stronger leaf springs ( I think thats the name of them)?

Re: Rear springs

The rear end on your 4 runner does not have leaf springs. They have a coil and shock setup. Yoy can get replacement springs from www.downeyoff-road.com which will fix the sagging problem.

Re: Rear springs

I will be putting in new shocks and springs on my 95' 4runner. I am planning on using kyb monoshock ("lifted version") and raising her 1" - 1.5". My question is should I be looking for a specific spring height for the best ride?
I'm looking at downey's or old man emu.
