How do you check fuel pressure on 1993 4.0

I have a starting problem on a 1993 Explorer. Out of the blue, it will just not start sometimes. It turns over just fine, it just won't start. After it sits for a while, then it will start and run perfectly. It has never happened while I am driving it, just to my son.

I gave my son a spark plug to carry in the glove box so that he could check to see if the problem was caused by the engine not getting spark. However, he is not mechanical at all and couldn't tell. Maybe I should tell him that the next time it does it, have a friend turn it over while he has his little finger in one of the spark plug boots. That would certainly verify if there was spark present :o)

Anyway, I have a fuel pressure checker/meter that I have used to check the pressure in my Dodge and a friends GM. Is there a port on the 4.0 engine for checking the fuel presuure?
