Hazard dosen't work

Hi
i have a '92 GA 3300 V6 with 190 000km on it and my hazard dosen't work. the previous owner tell me that they never work while he owned this vehicule

anyone got an idea of why the hazard dosen't work ?

Could be the "multi-function switch". It was a recall issue, but I'm not sure if it was with your year. You're best bet would be to find out if there was ever a recall for that that year, or try replacing the multi-function switch yourself and see if it fixes it.

It's the electronic device that controls your hazards, turn signals, ect. - It has been a recall issue in some GA's because it would cause things to happen like the turn signal to keep clicking after it was off, stuff like that.

The multi-function switch is located beneath the hazard flasher and ETS button. I will send you some links via private message on how to change it.

Actually, I take that back. I couldn't find those exact links for the instructions, but it's very easy. You need to buy the part at autozone, and then pull the switch for the ETS / Hazard switch. You will see it behind them.
