The clicking noise heard on your vehicle is the outer c.v joints. These ALWAYS make this noise on turning if they are worn.
This is usually due to a lack of grease or the joint itself is worn.
The inner could also be worn if you can feel a vibration/rattle when steering under load.

The c.v joints are the ends of the driveshaft, the wheel end is the outer joint-which will be making the noise.
Usually you can remove the joint only, but being an old peugeot you will have to remove the whole driveshaft and either replace it or get it reconditioned....being that the noise is on both sides i would remove both driveshafts....
