Man, I can't believe you guys don't like the bump, I love the turbo bump, it makes the car look mean as hell. Of course some shithead a couple of weeks back had to dent in my bump... but thats beyond the post. So yea, bump is awsome!

Re: different hood

I think the hump is so sexy!!! I dont know why you would want to get rid of it? Well i guess it all depends on what you like. But if i were ever to get a CF hood, I would stick with the stock hood look.

Re: different hood

The bump is part of the whole eclipse karma I think. Its an origional styling cue like none other and I think they really add to the look and enhance the car. It's too bad they killed it after the 2g's. But to each his own. Search around. ebay is a good place to see whats out even if you don't want to buy off there. Try some of the Vendor links in the FAQ thread too. peace

Re: different hood

Come on man if you wanna get a diffrent hood thats cool just dont dis the bump lol. The bump on the eclipse hood is like a fine ass girl with a tatoo on her ass, aka HOT!!! Its the little thing that sets us a part from the civics and shit, eventhough bump or not eclipse is way hotter than civic, lol. But I am getting a ram air style hood only because I like the way it looks I would never dis my bump. Peace

Re: different hood

That bump shows that we have too much power under the hood (not to 420a's though lol). Its like a king wearing a crown showing who's boss of the road.

Re: different hood

Yea my bump is useless, although it looks good, so my plan is to buy the ram air hood. I hate having a GS, should have bought a GST...

Re: different hood

hump the bump ppl. respectah to the hump.

If you do want to get an after market CF hood, be sure its aViS with an underlater of tht tin-foil type of material on the underside to prevent cracking.

THIS hood is bad ASS. Im gonna get it for sure. (720 shipped...ouch)

Holly.... That looks huge and funny!!! It looks dumb if you have the stock body, but if you have a kit it may look good.

Spyder why dont you just go with a stock CF hood! it would sooooo nice on your red spyder!

I love that damn bump and every thing its supposed to stand for....TURBO! in fact, a while back I was gonna add another to the opposite side......Wonder why I never did... What do yall think should I try it? Better yet if any one has photoshop try to do this to a pic. I would love to see this before I carve up a good hood. I think it would look badass.

Re: different hood

Well I have seen it with 2 bumps, looks amazing, I saw it on cardomain.com a WHILE back. As for that hood you posted up a link for, this one looks totally better, and its the ram air hood I keep talking about.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...sPageName=WD1V

Im not buying it off ebay, just getting you guys a picture without you having to search

Looks weird without a kit though
